This section will provide you with enough comprehension of the etiquette, rules and terms of golf to walk onto the course with confidence. And when you do, you will learn what it is about golf that has enchanted the young and old, worldwide, for centuries. Come experience it with us!

For Novices at The Reserve at East Bay!

Events:
The Reserve at East Bay Golf Course hosts many events that are posted on this site. You may search for specific events and register online or view past leaderboards and pictures!

Tournaments are for all ages and skill levels. Not only is it is a great way to challenge yourself, but also to pick up on many of the nuances of golf. And there are many! There are rewards for winners and leaderboards are posted online. Come and have fun!

Instruction:
To get you familiar and comfortable with the basics of golf, we encourage you to work one-on-one with our course pro. We are confident that you will be pleasantly surprised at how rapidly your skills, confidence and enjoyment of golf will improve.

Track Your Improvement:
Each time you play a round of golf, enter your scores online! We will keep track of your scores, season averages, personal statistics, estimated 18 hole handicap, and how you place among all other players. The confidentiality of this information is protected by a login name and password specific to you. You can keep track of 9 or 18 hole rounds at many courses in the Provo area. Simply print out a scorecard from this site, write your scores in as you play, then return to our site to enter them in. It will be a great benefit and encouragement to you to see your progress as time passes. And you may just show up on a few of our online leaderboards!
