Wedding Themed Ideas

Entertain your friends and family with a theme party thrown at Greenhollow. We offer an array of themed party ideas reasonably priced for any group. Bring your group and any ideas that you may have for fun party and we will provide the food and the atmosphere. Be sure to talk to one of our event coordinators to set up all of the details.

Hawaiian Luau

Just because we’re white doesn’t mean that we can handle the art of Hawaiian cooking. Bring your grass skirts and coconut bras and prepare to feast. Start your meal off with some shrimp skewers and grilled pineapple right of the Barbie. For your main dish we have a variety of food including Slow Roasted Kalua Pork and Sticky Rice, Teriyaki Chicken or Beef, or Grilled Island Chicken with Fruit Salsa. Top your meal off with a thick slice of Guava Cake to finish your island experience.

Pirate Party

Shiver me timbers and jump aboard mate! Our pirate themed parties provide you and your guests the best in cuisine. Appetizers consist of Spicy Cuban Meatballs and a creamy seafood dip. Have your choice of meats from a bounty of innovative entrees like Caribbean Pork Tenderloin or Coconut chicken, or our Macadamia Encrusted Mahi or Caribbean Pork Roast. Your choice of meat comes with a swarthy crew of Caribbean Dirty Rice, Fried Plantains and fresh fruit salad. Don’t forget dessert, our rich pineapple bunt cake will be sure to hit the spot.

Southern Comfort

Come home to Greenhollow for a good southern home cooked meal. Nowhere in Utah County will you find this type of southern fare. Chicken Fried Steak, Catfish Lafitte, Southern Fried Chicken, Molasses-Grilled Pork Tenderloin, Beef Fillets w/ Stilton-Portobello Sauce and BBQ Ribs are a few of the hearty meat choices served with Collard Greens, Black Eyed Peas, Corn Bread and some Strawberry Shortcake for dessert.

Tex-Mex

Dawn your cowboy hat and gather around the campfire for some spicy appetizers, Deep Fried Jalapeno Slices, 7 layer dip and Jalapeno Poppers, Chips and Homemade Salsa. Then load up on some Zesty Garlic Lime Chicken, Fiesta Grilled Ham Steak, Spicy Pork Tenderloin, Beef Brisket all served with Cowboy Mashed Potatoes, Green Salad, Spanish Rice, with Apple Enchiladas and Banana Foster for dessert.

Mardi Gras

We know that Fat Tuesday is past but that doesn’t mean we can’t enjoy their food! Start with some Mardi Gras Punch and Crab Cakes to get you going. Than stuff yourself with a fresh catch of Greenhollow Blackened Catfish, Cajun Catfish Supreme and Cajun Red Snapper. Also, don’t forget to choose from some spicy dishes, Chicken and Shrimp Jambalaya and Chicken Andouille Sausage Gumbo and be sure to finish it off with some Cajun cake.
